" For the past three years Adar has worked with us to develop a collective of nonprofit organizations working to learn about racism and other forms of oppression. She encourages a brave space, where people feel comfortable asking questions which make them vulnerable. Her analysis is grounded in a deep knowledge of history and its impact on past and current oppression. Adar is an uncommon gem, and a consultant I frequently recommend to others. "
